The difference between the net fuel consumption and the power produce fuel consumption had been cleared about in this article; we explained the importance of pumps merit in electricity used in the factory. We adopted the thought of non-equilibrium thermodynamics on the basis of the unit consumption analysis, brought forward repeated computation of the flow resistance loss existed in the second law of thermodynamics analysis in thermodynamic system on-line monitor for the first time. We took a regeneration heater as an example to analysis that problem and obtained the threshold point of the equipments which had this problem. We constituted the model to the thermodynamic calculation of the burner system, brought forward an available solution on the basis of this model through calculation which can improve the veracity of on-line economic analyze of thermal system. We did some research on how warps of results comes into being and came to the conclusion that entropy is the most important reason of the warp and entropy got by using IAPWS-IF97 equation cannot get to our criterion on exergy analysis. We applied the thought of Non-equilibrium Thermodynamics to enhanced heater transfer and brought forward the new index of enhanced heater transfer.
