This article on the basis of summing up the existing research results is exergy analysis of the regenerative power plant system, establish exergy analysis mathematical model of the thermal system. The main contents include: the exergy efficiency general matrix equation is educed applying exergy balance, which provides the new theory for exergy analysis of the regenerative system; Analyzes different operating conditions of turbine for exergy analysis, analyzes the change rule of the heater various performance index along with the load change, discovers the regenerative system weak link, Indicates the correct way and the direction for the power plant energy conservation ;Establish regenerative system perturbation mathematical model of exergy losses; Establishes the exergy optimization mathematical model of the heater with having decided as the constraints by heater's structure geometric parameter and the heat transfer duty.
