Optimization analysis of the structure about thermodynamic system of domestic 600MW units was carried out on the basis of available achievements in this paper. The major content includes: Theoretical research and method model were carried out with exergy analysis method. And heat economy analysis for 600MW steam turbine generating unit in some power plant was carried out. Steam-water flow fluxes in the system and economic indicators of the whole thermodynamic system were calculated with exergy matrix equation founded. With the notion of effective exergy drop, mathematic model of exothermic steam perturbation effecting on the whole thermodynamic system was founded. The variable condition of exergy efficiencies for the whole thermodynamic system was calculated when some local parameters changed, and some rationalization proposals for system optimization were put forward. An economic analysis software for thermodynamic system in power plants was programmed in new idea through carrying out modularized analytical for present thermodynamic system using modularization thought.
