As a new type of cooling and heating method, sewage (include untreated sewage, secondary effluent, and reclaimed water) source heat pumps take judge development foreground on energy conversation and environment protection. But due to the sewage quality, the effectiveness of the heat transfer of heat pump is affected, so as to cause the application of system to have great limit. For this purpose, simulation of reclaimed water source heat pump is carried out in this paper, in the hope of getting static and dynamic characteristics of reclaimed water source heat pump, which provides the theoretic base for optimizing and operating the system. The dynamic mathematical model of reclaimed water source heat pump has been developed by means of lumped-parameters according to the thermodynamics theory of the refrigeration system combined with neuron PID controller and translated into the cyber-simulation model with MATLAB/Simulink software, to simulate the operation performance of the system are conducted in winter and summer respectively. The study indicates that heat pump system combined with neuron PID controller has well operating stability and regulating control of variable operating conditions. The reclaimed water reuse combined with heat pump technology can focus on environment improvement with economic benefits.
