With the shortage of fossil energy and the aggravation of environmental pollution, Low heat contained in municipal wastewater has gradually been used by people.Reclaimed water is the product of sewage treatment, it has the appropriate temperature and good water quality, as heat source applied to the heat pump system will be the trend. This paper bases on the water source heat pump system in North China University of Technology, research on the application of reclaimed water source heat pump system.This paper measures hot water consumption and reclaimed water consumption in our school, this paper analyzes the application conditions of the reclaimed water source heat pump system in our school, this paper finishes the design work of reclaimed water source heat pump system on the basis of the above work. This paper puts forward the system to realize intermittent constant temperature water supply operation mode.In this paper, a method for calculating the volume of the reclaimed water tank used for the heat source heat pump system is presented.This paper has conducted the system running test, bases on the actual running data, analyzes the actual running characteristics of the system, test results show that, the average COP of the system is up to 3.8 in the transition season, the power consumption of lm3 hot water (50℃) is 10.6 kW·h. In this paper, the dynamic simulation model of reclaimed water source heat pump hot water supply system is established based on TRNSYS software, it carries on the simulation to the running test process, through the contrast of the actual value and simulation value, it verifies the reliability of the simulation model.In this paper, the simulation model is used to simulate the whole day running of the reclaimed water source heat pump heat supply system, it is concluded that the running mode of the heat pump system and the running characteristics of the system in different seasons. Simulation results show that, this hot water system maintained at a temperature between 47 ℃ -50 ℃ throughout the day, can ensure a continuous supply of hot water in our school, the heat pump system annual COP is maintained at 3.6 or more.In this paper, the running characteristics of the system are evaluated from the water supply index, the hot water temperature index and the COP index of the heat pump unit. The running characteristics of hot water with different temperature are analyzed.From the the viewpoint of of energy and quality,This paper analyzes the exergy of reclaimed water source heat pump, it is compared with the gas fired hot water boiler and air source heat pump. Finally, from four aspects of energy consumption analysis, economy, environmental protection and energy saving, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the water source heat pump heating system.
