| Safety is an eternal topic of railway transportation. To guarantee the safety of railway transportation, the line equipments' integrality and quality equilibrium should be ensured. This paper, which has a certain extent instructional significance on railway predicament control, exact and timely constitution of maintenance plan and supervision & evaluation of its implement results for railway engineering department, start with how to use daily data of railway engineering to define the railway maintenance plan, take the constitution method and effect factors on daily maintenance work as research objective, describes the feasibility and urgent need of establishing computer aided railway maintenance plan based on railway engineering integrated data, and also performs design on whole system and main functional module.The two key research points is: Research on formulation theory & method/functional design & actualization of computer aided railway maintenance plan based on railway engineering integrated data.Daily data from railway engineering is the basis of instituting railway maintenance plan. How to acquire, accumulate, store, analyze and integrate these data is one of the most important research content. This paper mainly analyze the dynamic and static testing data format of all kinds of rail, discussed current acquiring method of dynamic and static testing data and offer a proposal of using databank to store and manage railway maintenance data.The cone of this paper is to set up the maintenance plan functional design based on integrated data basis. Firstly discussed the analysis method of railway inspection data, and then synthetically determine the bad condition area of railway from part or wholly unsmooth, static TQI, over limitation points' iterance rate. Finally determine the maintenance plan periods together with mass weight of overpass, maintenance data, and finish the design of maintenance plan with computer aid.At the mean time of theory research, using the functions proposed in this paper, we established the maintenance module of the "Railway Engineering Information Management Systcm Of Urumchi Railway Bureau", and already practiced. |
