With high dust removing rate and lower operation and maintenance cost, the electrostatic precipitator (ESP) has a significant effect on dust removing form air, which is a widely used environment protection equipment. As the important equipment of electrostatic precipitator, ESP power supply has a strong influence on dust removing rate of ESP. This thesis detailedly introduces the design of three phase silicon rectifying ESP power supply based on DSP TMS320LF2407 control. Comparing with traditional single phase ESP power supply, it has the advantages as follow:1. Because of the balanced and symmetrical three phase power supply, the power factor can reach nearly 100%.2. Because of the employment of three phase star connection, the primary current and phase-failure loss can be decreased greatly, when the output power is equivalent with single-phase power supply.3. The linearity of output voltage and current are improved greatly. The ripple coefficient of full load output is less than 5%, so that the injected corona power is increased greatly.First of all, the design of main circuit and electric control circuit are introduced. The simulation of three-phase AC voltage regulator is carried out and the simulation waveforms are given. The spark detecting and processing principle and reverse corona are studied, also the control methods of ESP power supply at different work condition are analyzed.Secondly, the hardware and software design of intelligent control system based on DSP for ESP power supply are introduced in detail. The control system which employs DSP TMS320LF2407 as the control center and CA6100 thyristor trigger board as the thyristor trigger circuit, can follow the change of electric field and effectively control the ESP power supply to work at the critical discharge voltage for long time, thus the dust removing rate is improved greatly.Finally, the experiments of three phase ESP power supply are carried out, the experimental results and waveforms are given.
