| According to the requirement of special shaped-stone machining equipment, Economical CNC system for special-shaped-stone machining was developed, which coupled with the present status and developing trend of current numerical control system. Modularization and software CNC theory was applied in the development of the system. The system, whose fundamental functions were achieved mainly by software, was divided into many modules. So the advantages of updating and debugging were realized. Intelligent control modules of Simulation, fault diagnosis and software-PLC were the key points in the process of developing.The content of study was summarized as follows:(1) Firstly, the movement characteristics of shaped-stone manufacturing equipment were analyzed. Furthermore, the framework of system was built from both hardware and software.(2) According to the movement characteristics of shaped-stone-machining equipment, the simple but efficient simulation method in plane was designed. The The simulation model was founded, the principle of simulation was made sense of, the multithreading control of simulation modules and the encoding of CNC programs relative to simulation were accomplished, and valid parameters were obtained with VC-H tools.(3) The performance of modularized stone-machining equipment intelligent fault diagnosis was achieved and the method of fault information collection was designed with the analysis of fault mechanism and integration of information method. The database of fault information was built beforehand. The fault model was founded after analysis of the fault logic. In that case, the system could identify the faults and classify them automatically with the disposal for the classification, test and association of fault information. Therefore, the reliability and safety of the system was improved.(4) The logic control performances of system and control method of software-PLC control were studied. According to the characteristics of shaped-stone-machining equipment,and the economy,utility demand,the PLC control function of system, which includes many kinds of logic functions, was realized with complete software-method.thus ,the effect from exterior will be reduced.Based on NC system platform of modularized special-shaped-stone machining, the intelligent modules, including simulation and fault diagnosis, were developed, performances of equipment were promoted, which met the needs of special-shaped stone machining enterprises, and will propel the machining and application of stones. |
