Research And Development Of CNC System For Special-shaped Stone

According to the requirement of equipment-shaped stones and the present status and developing trend of current numerical control system, an economical CNC system for special-shaped stone machining is developed. Modularization and software CNC theory is used in the system. Some basic function of the CNC implement in the software system, and the system is divided into many modules according different functions .It is easy to debug and update and to do cooperation for each other. The system is based on Windows and used VC++ programmer tool and Multi-threads technology. The hardware is based on IPC+I/O card, and use step-motor to drive. The main content of the thesis is below:(1) Analyses the movement of the equipment-shaped stones, give the idea of IPC +I/O hardware structure and the software CNC system. It provides a good environment to maintain and update the system.(2) Developed the graphics edit module. Emphasize to analyze the graphics relation in plane geometry, establish the theory base for senior function of the module. According to the theory, developed the block function, and realized the creating and inserting of the block. Developed the DXF interface, can interchange data with other CAD system.(3) According to the characteristic of stone machining, discussed the necessity of break point preservation function. Enumerate several ways to realize the function and give an idea to make the function in software system and particularize how to do it.(4) Developed the NC interpret module. Analyses two traditional ways of the NC interpret function, give an idea to make division for phraseology check and translation. And it is divided into 3 parts: accidence check, check and translation. Analyze the principle and realization of the function.The test tells us, graphics edit module fully meet stone machining demand and it is easy to use. Point preservation function can read and save the break point in time, guaranteed the machining rate. NC interprets module runs good in stabilization and be highly ability to expand .
