Electro-hydraulic servo system has many advantages, such as exporting high power, controlling as high precision and so on. It has been applied extensively in many industrial production fields. As the key part of electro-hydraulic servo control system, electro-hydraulic servo valve's property will decide the whole Electro-hydraulic servo system's property directly. As the development of industrial technology, higher requirement for the performance of electro-hydraulic servo control system is put forwarded, such as higher precision, wider frequency, more stabilized work. After having made a extensively research on domestic and international related document information and work ,the paper make a deep study of improving moving-coil electro-hydraulic servo valve's property and put forward optimization measure by combining various application software.Moving-coil motor is a completed electromechanical coupling part. The paper analyzes the coupling property of moving-coil motor by electromechanical coupling damping analyzed technology. And it introduces the specific method for improving motor's damping. And also the paper studied the internal distribution of magnetic field of moving-coil motor with Th-7/10 servo valve by ANSYS analysis software of magnetic field when the electricity is loaded. It makes a compare and analysis by using two different permanent-magnet materials (ALNICO5 and NdFeB) as the magnet steel material, defines as making moving-coil motor have the same export force. When the permanent-magnet material with high property is applied, the structure dimension can be reduced. It introduces external magnetic path structure of motor, increase the export force of moving-coil motor.Internal flow field distribution property of power guiding valve is analyzes by fluid simulation software FLUNT. Internal speed and entrance pressure of power guiding valve are analyzed detailed. After analyzing, the phenomenon that streamline at the corner of pilot spool in power guiding valve of the servo valve is found. It causes to form vortex making a energy loss of system; The response of main spool is not very quickly when the motion of pilot spool is less than 1.5 millimeter. It will affect the dynamic response of servo valve. According to the above problems, an optimization for main spool bore is made. The internal flow field property after optimization is analyzed. The pressure difference of left and right bores in main spool is improved after optimization. It is beneficial for improving static characters of servo valve and supplies certain theory for the design of moving-coil servo valve.AMESim model and block diagram of moving-coil servo valve are established. By comparing two modals, simulating property curves are got. The curve proves the moving-coil servo valve's property after optimization and supplies certain theory for servo valve modal building and optimization design.
