Electricity—machine energy transformer of electro-hydraulic servo valve as a key part of electro-hydraulic servo valve has some characteristic ,such as its large volume, low frequency response, narrow frequency range , small damp and so on. Improving electricity—machine frequency response and load power of electricity—machine energy transformer is premise for improving stability, resisting pollution and decreasing fault of electro-hydraulic servo valve.This paper, on the object of electro-hydraulic servo valve motive coil power motor, studies in depth "simulation & analysis of the electro-hydraulic servo valve motive coil power motor on ANSYS" on the base of collecting broadly the related literature and works, combined with the instance of the " DCMD-1" motion-coil power motor.Firstly, from the theory electro—magnetism field , is set up math model and make sure configuration size of motive coil power motor. This paper ,combined generalized double impedance , analyze deeply damp and put forward to improve its method of motive coil power motor base on machine-electricity coupling principle.In the last, three modes for improving to send out power of power motor are analyzed.
