Because of many advantages of moving-coil electro-hydraulic servo valve, such as simple structure, low cost , large linear displacement and so on, widely been used in metallurgy, steel rolling ,hydroelectric and other industries, lots of experts and scholars at home and abroad did a lot of research, but really using FLUENT software to do research is very less .This paper is just on the study of moving-coil electro-hydraulic servo valve with FLUENT software.First, using of the three-dimensional unsteady velocity field's way, calculated on the internal flow field of moving-coil electro-hydraulic spool valve, simulated the velocity and pressure distribution in the following conditions: on the same discharge but different valve's opening degree and the same opening degree but different discharge. Then under the moving-coil electro-hydraulic servo valve pilot valve frequently moving features, used moving mesh method to calculate the internal flow field of the pilot valve with dynamic simulation. Intercepted some pictures in several time intervals, including velocity vector diagram, tracing the graph, the body pressure diagram and the pressure diagram.The simulation results is vary clarity and can be more objective and accurate description of the valve's opening degree to impact the internal flow field's distribution. It also reflects the follow phenomena, such as the vortex appears, mural, stream-line change and so on in the fluid flowing. These results provide reliable information for reduced energy loss and are more intuitive than the theoretical derivation.
