With development of human being, the advancement of society, all the countries in the world everywhere the need amounts to the sources of energy are more and more big, energy crisis also, more and more ferocious , resulted in the energy crisis in the scope of world. Therefore, the energy crisis has already become nowadays world concern of a little bit hot problem. According to the environment Planning Department data of United Nations, currently the mineral fuel provided 95% of the business energy of world. And its usage quantity increases with 20% speed of every 10 years within the scope of world. The combustion of the fuel constitutes the biggest exhaust the source of change weather of glasshouse air. According to the target mode of sustainable development, only depending on Consuming mineral raw material is not enough to maintain the energy need increasingly. Therefore, more and more countries concentrate on the depth exploitation and extensive using of renewable energy.1. The solar energy occupies the equal advantage in energy development, including a few aspects:2. Reserves are very rich and can supply the Earth constantly and continuously, take it not to the utmost, use it not exhausted.3. Catholicity: the solar energy can make use of right on the spot in everywhere, being advantageous to alleviating the energy supply and demand antinomy.4. No pollution: there is no discard, waste gas, waste water eject. Economy: The solar energy is the most sweep, the most cheap energy in the 21 century. Our country the territory is broad, and is placed in much medium low degree of latitude, the solar energy resource is very rich, study and value exploitation and using of the solar energy, for the resources environment keep on development and the global environmental protection have the profound meaning in our country. The further development the sun tracks the system to have the important meaning to the development and exploitations of the solar energy.After analyzing and comparing a few kinds of the ways of tracking the sun, the system regards one-chip computer as the core, thinking about the advantage and disadvantage of the ways of tracking the sun. This system adopts the mode that thephotoelectricity examination and the sun angle track combine together. Two kinds of track mutual complement, make the system more stable, raised the system to track the accuracy.Main research work is as follows:1. Detailed analyzed the ways of tracking the sun in domestic and international, we consider that the system regards one-chip computer as the core. Because the two modes that the photo electricity examination and the sun angle track have respective advantages and disadvantages, and they mutual complement. Therefore, at the last, we decide that the system adopt the two modes alternately.Thus, the system will be more and more perfect.2. After comparing all kinds of one-chip computer, we choose AT89C51 of the company of ATMEL. It can simplify the electric circuit.3. The system adopts photodiode as Photoelectrical Sensor and structure four the sets of comparing the electric circuit by five photodiodes. And we settle it on a form dish to make the system Carry out the function that it can judge the position of the sun place.4. The system adopts LED digital display tube as display to display time by a chip MAX7219.5. Establishing mathematics model for the sun angle track mode.Writing the procedure with C51 for the system.6. Drawing spare parts diagram and assemble the diagram, According to the conjunction method of the electric circuit diagram, I Weld the circuit board with electric circuit component. Combine the hardware, software, machinery to adjust to try the electric circuit. This system can examine automatically day and night, examine the cloudy or sunny day automatically. The system will be in use the breaking off the service procedure when it examines night. The system will be in use the mode of photoelectricity examination when it examines sunny day. If it examines the cloudy it will be use the mode of the sun angle track. Thus it can avoid that the system can't be accurate to track the sun in the cloudy day. So the system can also move normally in the cloudy day. If make use of this in the solar panel, it can acquire the electric power from the battery plank, did not need another electric power importation, making the cost of the system lower.The design is to carry on the design according to the total design project of system, selecting by examinations one-chip computer AT89C51 and the chipMAX7219, and clock chip DS1302, and the chip LM324.Completed the design of each parts of electric circuit, include: resets the electric circuit, the photoelectricity examination electric circuit, exterior clock electric circuit and shows electric circuit etc..After completing the electric circuit design, weld the electric circuit component according to the design of the electric circuit circuit board, do the electric circuits test. At the same time, write the procedure of C51 for the system. The soft hardware consociation adjusts to try, completing the creation of the system.This text innovation is as follows:The system choose two kinds of tracking way , photo electricity examination and the sun angle track,to combine together, make system not only canned track the sun under a clear sky, but also canned track normally under the cloudy day circumstance. Raised the system to track the accuracy thus, avoid the system because of can't track normally under the condition of cloudy day but causable system mess appearance.
