With the development of human society,the population is more and more big,the power consumption is huge,the traditional power generation materials pollute the environment at the same time,can use dwindling,constituted a certain threat to future human production and life,and therefore solve the growing power consumption,seek a kind of new energy is very important.Based on this background,the paper aims at the low level of solar panel lighting and low automation level.With solar panels automatic tracking system as the research object,using single-chip microcomputer control technology to realize the mechanical and electrical integration,completed the tracker automatic tracking,improves the automation degree of tracking and effectively improve the utilization efficiency of solar energy.This paper is based on single chip microcomputer automatic tracking system,solar panels by photoelectric detection tracking mode and tracking mode,the combination of the solar altitude angles tracking mode is used in the sunny days photoelectric detection,cloudy day is the Angle of the sun tracking mode,combine the two methods,the tracking system can be real-time tracking in different weather conditions.The photoelectric tracking mode adopts photodiode and four quadrant detector,photoelectric sensor,the detection of sunny days when the sun light intensity,the photosensitive diode first rough tracking,and then by the four quadrant detector for precise tracking,finally realizes the precise localization of tracking.Angle of the sun tracking mode using the sun azimuth calculator to calculate some point to the sun's location,the single chip microcomputer to calculate the sun azimuth value,converted to able to identify the control signal,and thus drive stepping motor to perform the corresponding action,ultimately achieve the goal of tracking the sun.Papers at the end of the system was tested respectively,the results show that the automatic tracking system of solar receiving rate than fixed solar panels to receive efficiency increased by 33.5%,the sun azimuth calculator result shows high calculation precision.The system basically meets the requirement of tracking and improves the maximum conversion efficiency of solar panel.
