With the increases of the traffic volume and vehicle load , the highway is under the work condition of overload, the road destruction become more serious. There are more and more used bituminous mixture generated by the pavement constructing and repairing. In fact, the discard bituminous mixture is a kind of reutilized material resource. If it could be recycled reasonably, that will make great economic and social result.This thesis make a necessary,deeply and systemically research with the regenerated bituminous mixture ,especially on the basis of the test in-room, the test highway shows that the recycled mixture could save more materials ,for example: asphalt,sand and crushed stone, at the same time, it is beneficial of handling the waste,protection environment and decreasing the engineering cost, realizing the integration of the economic,biology and social result. There are six chapters in the thesis, among them, the fourth chapter of The research of the bituminous mixture heat regeneration in-room and the fifth chapter of the research of the test highway are the emphasis.In chapter one, it analysis mainly the shape process of the bituminous mixture as well as the function in the used highway repair, and introduces the mixture regeneration situation both in international and domestic. We can acknowledge the significance of the bituminous mixture in present highway in our country, it will play the important role in the saving materials,energy and protection environment as well as increasing the economic,social result and sustainable development. In chapter two, it introduces briefly the regenerate modes,utilization condition,production character as well as construction technology , at the same time, points out the requirement that need to pay attention in the process of using bituminous mixture in order to utilize more easily .In chapter three, it mainly introduces the all kinds of equipment in recycling. How to improve the machinery become the key in large-scale utilization of the regeneration, because of the more procedures and complex technology. It needs high function of deep dug machine,used mixture crush,sieve machine,mixture blend machine, as well as no only centralizing large-sized mixture machine, but also the all kinds of small-sized apparatus suitable for the maintain department. The generation can better pave the base and subbase after the improvement in the hardware.In chapter four, it mainly research and analysis the regeneration mixture in-room, through the crush and sieve for the used bituminous mixture, and adding suitable proportion new stone, the final gradation can be conform to the requirement of the national standard. At same time, adding the new asphalt in the regeneration can be conformed to the requirement of the national standard. It is practicable in highway pavement by the mixing above and mineral powder. The in-room research will give important guide for the test highway.In chapter five, through the test highway test analysis about the adding ratio of the used crushed stone and asphalt, the test will help to improve all kinds of the regeneration mixture design further. Through the property test to the regeneration mixture in-site, it will better verify that the regeneration mixture can improve the old pavement. The test shows that the regeneration mixture can be satisfied with the requirement of the utilization property through controlling construction technology of the mixture production,pavement and rolling. In fact, it is a feasible measure of dealing the used pavement through mixture recycle in the repair construction.In chapter six, we get the research conclusions and put forward the further research after the systemic summarize and theory analysis to the finished work.
