Marine steam boiler is an important industrial and civilian and military equipment, It is very extensive. Therefore, the protection of the wind pressure boiler system controller to improve, not only in academic research value, but with significant economic and social benefits.This paper combines engineering. The study focused on the protection of marine steam boiler control device pilot study mathematical modeling and analysis. By analyzing and comparing then showed improved the advantages of the new system. Its main contents are as follows :First, the protection of marine steam boiler controller mathematical analysis and experimental research. To prove adaptive fuzzy PID controller advantages, the paper also by mathematical simulation contrast, comparison of the two controllers improved pneumatic servo system of performance.Finally, the use of Siemens PLC to achieve adaptive fuzzy PID design.
