As an important marine equipment,marine auxiliary boiler is a marine auxiliary engine which converts chemical energy into heat energy by using fuel combustion or main engine exhaust gas.With the rapid development of ship automation and intellectualization,the training demand of crew for marine auxiliary boiler system is getting higher and higher.At the same time,as a dangerous pressure equipment,the marine auxiliary boiler can reduce the cost and harm to environment and people by using simulation model to test its controller.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish hardware-in-the-loop simulation system for marine auxiliary boilers.Based on the project of "a high-tech ship innovative project-domestic development of fuel and exhaust gas boilers",the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system of marine dual-fuel auxiliary boilers is established with the object of "20,000 TEU vessel" marine dual-fuel auxiliary boilers.The system takes hardware as the switching point,which can form simulation control with the actual control cabinet and controller,and realize the function test of the boiler related controller and the verification of the boiler control process.It can also run independently to form a single computer simulation for crew training.The subject has consulted the relevant data and used the method of module modeling to divide the marine dual-fuel auxiliary boiler into five parts:furnace area,convection area,convection area,metal area and steam-water area,and established the corresponding mathematical model.According to the established mathematical model,the software is modeled by using the simulation tool of Matlab/Simulink,and the simulation experiments are carried out according to the relevant parameters set by the subject.The simulation results of furnace pressure,steam pressure and boiler water volume are obtained.On this basis,the virtual machine part of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system for marine dual-fuel auxiliary boiler is presented.This topic chooses to use C#language to develop virtual machine on Visual Studio platform.The dynamic simulation model is integrated into the simulation platform according to the transfer relationship of working substances in each part,and the virtual machine is validated according to the data of marine auxiliary boiler.The hardware-in-the-loop simulation system is composed of virtual machine and hardware,which is connected with the actual controller and control cabinet.The function test of the controller and control cabinet is completed.When the virtual machine runs independently,it can form a single computer simulation for crew training.By establishing the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system of marine dual-fuel auxiliary boiler,the training of crew and the test of boiler controller are realized.It is of great significance to reduce the cost of crew training and boiler development.
