The satellite is the second generation pole orbit weather satellite, which provides the global parameters including temperature, humidity, air pressure, cloud and radiation etc to realize medium-term numerical value report. The satellite can monitor large-scale natural disaster and environment, explore telluric physics parameters, sustain the research of the global climate and environment change, at the same time provide the weather information in arbitrary area on the earth.The microwave humidity apparatus antenna and receiver cell mode analyzed in this text are the important buildup of the effective load in satellite. The satellite is composed of antenna, antenna cover, central discharge box, direct current box, measuring temperature box, angle coder, control box, remote control box, drive box, electrical drive, motherboard, coping and lateral board etc.The microwave humidity apparatus antenna will sustain all kinds of dynamic load while being launched including acceleration overweight, periodic load prompting, blast impact and random vibration load, therefore the work environment is complicated. In order to shorten design period and lessen design cost, and avoid the subversive problem in the process of launching the satellite in the future, it's necessary to do the kinetic emulation and analyze the inherent frequency and shake-up form.The ANSYS software can solve all sorts of problem effectively such as static force, dynamic force, vibration, linear and nonlinear analysis, mode analysis, harmonious wave response analysis, part mechanics etc. The software is used in simulating the shake-up mode and frequency characteristic. And based on the dates we can draw the conclusion of the state after outside force and estimate whether the design is coincident with the request or not.The whole analysis process can be divided into three parts:The first part is to predigest model and build up finite unit model. Because the microwave humidity apparatus antenna and receiver cell are mechanical configuration system with fabricate geometrical figuration, we adopt the direct method while building up the model. As the popular computer drawing software, we founded the geometrical figuration by use of point, line, surface, volume, and then compartmentalize the hypostatic model grid to accomplish it.The limited mold uses flimsy shell unit to simulate board element, girder to simulate fortified muscle, centralized mass unit to simulate the centralized mass accessory such as electromotor and coder in the apparatus. In order to approach the frequency characteristic to the factual condition, the weight distributing and configuration springiness are mainly considered while building up the mold. The bulk, density and layout are mostly taken into account for calculating high-level vibration model reasonably.The second part is mode analysis which is the basic and emphasis in configuration dynamics analysis, and also is a kind of effective mean to check the quality of the limited unit mold. The basic frequency is the mostly cared question in analysis. The analysis contains three processes: mold analysis testing account, analyzing the factor affecting basic frequency and mold analysis formal account. The whole mechanism is composed of antenna scan and drive framework and box. In the process of assembly, the assembly connection is regarded as rigidity link, and the assembly and combination are realized through exerting coupling freedom between the nodes in the bottom of box and corresponding nodes in the coping. The distributing relationship between weight and rigidity are determined by geometrical model and the frequency characteristic of equipment can be changed by altering the weight and rigidity of model. If the geometrical model is reasonable, the distributing relationship is also reasonable. From the research, we draw the conclusion that the basic frequency changing with quality.In the third part, the displacement, stress and corresponding phases of vibration model made by periodical, is analyzed. With X-direction as an example, we pick up the displacement and stress of supervisory points in the direction of prompting, and draw displacement-frequency and stress-frequency drawings. After the analysis, using the frequency points with biggish displacement and stress, the whole displacement and equivalent stress distributing drawings of model are drawn. In the emulation analysis, the acceleration response chart curve is drawn.
