In the structure analysis premise, we design the optimization. Optimization is defined that under the rule of the limit, the problem first is changed into the optimized problem by optimize theory and method. After classical differential and variational method, there are many methods, such as optimization of math layout method,optimization of rule method,mix and DNA method,Artificial Neural Network method. In the 21century, the engineers use the optimize method. In the rule, the optimize designing is a process, which is based on the computer celerity automatism designing. The goal of designer is that reduces the cost and advance capability. Nowadays, there are the huge benefits in numerous places, such as aerospace, nuclear industry, offshore project, water conservation construction, machinery and so on. So we could not get the right design project by experience and instinct. The optimize designs and methods are an artifice and tool in many different fields. By the side of the shorter global resources, the worse environmental problem, and improvement of the live, more and more people require safe, credibility, benefit and lower cost energy sources. The optimize designs and methods maybe used generally.The Paper include two parts. First, setting background as automobile, we used Hyperworks in order to re-exploit existing software. Second, using the HyperStudy in the Hyperworks, we analyze the door of saloon car in the rule of DOE.At present, there are many optimize softwares, such as SAPOP, STROS, OASI and so on. In all of them, DDDU is independence copyright. However, in the Finite Element Analysis software, there are many soft- wares, including compositive with CAD, ANSYS, MSC.NASTRAN, Hyperworks,.Compared with others subjects, such as Finite Element Analysis, application of optimize develop more later than optimization theory. The reasons between application and theroy include optimization character, matter in fact and so on. The huge structure consist of thousands of variable, which is analyzed delicacy variety, so that it could affect the efficient calculation. Finite Element software play a key role in the analysis structure. In order that analysis structure and delicacy variety must be in the equal program, we should rework the sound code. Because the designers have software at theirs finger ends, and are not familiar with the design details. The main method of the optimize is designed the interface program, which is managed after the result of Finite Element Analysis. Moreover, we re-exploit existing software of Finite Element software.In the paper, the research based on the DOE and the optimize of the HyperWorks. There are two parts in the paper. One is that learn the neoteric optimization theory. According to Broyden quasi-Newton method and Penalty method, we compiled the program. Length, weight and high is designed parameters, the min-weight of cantilever beam is the goal. Under the restriction areas, we analyzed and compared with the results. Second part is that learn the HyperStydy. The parts of DOE and Optimization studying learn optimizing design. The min-quality is the goal. Under the guarantee vehicle door plane distortion, we optimized the parameter of the vehicle door uprightness distortion, in order to reduce the weight of vehicle door and the matrial.In this paper, the design of experiments and optimization based on HyperWorks software are studied. Two parts of content are researched. First, after learning about the recent theory of optimization, algorithm programs for Broyden quasi-Newton method and penalty method are written. Take the minimum of the cantilever beam for the objective func- tion, which is equal to that the beam gets the minimum volume. Take the length, wide and highness with lower and upper boundaries for the de- sign parameters. Do this with the HyperStudy software to make sure that the results of the algorithm programs are right. Second, learn about how to use the DOE(Design of Experiment) study and Optimization study in the HyperStudy software, then optimize the door of a car with a object- tive that minimize the weight. The weight of the door is reduced without any reduce of the landscape orientation stiffness. The vertical stiffness is improved, and a lot of material can be saved when volume-produce.
