After the retaining wall is completed and put into use for a period of time,under the long-term effects of various internal and external factors,different degrees of diseases will occur.It is necessary to take corresponding treatment measures for the retaining walls of different disease levels in time to eliminate potential safety hazards and reduce post-processing costs.At present,the method of weighting the index of the retaining wall does not take into account the relationship between the safety state of the retaining wall and the weight of the index.The fixed weight in a certain safe state is used,and the safety state of the retaining wall cannot be truly reflected.At the same time,the safety assessment method does not consider the orderliness of the safety assessment level of the retaining wall and the uncertainty of the value of the evaluation index.Therefore,this paper studies the safety risk factors,safety assessment index system,index weights and evaluation methods in the safety assessment of retaining walls,which has theoretical significance and engineering application value.This paper draws on the study of support structure and safety assessment in other fields.The main research results are as follows:(1)In-depth analysis of common disease types and disease causes of retaining walls,combined with single factor sensitivity analysis,identified the risk factors of retaining wall safety.The construction of a safety assessment index system for the retaining wall with the first-level indicators such as natural factors and external environment,wall structure,apparent disease,analysis and calculation,and geological disasters and material conditions as the core,and the safety grade of the retaining wall is divided into: stable,not stable,unstable,and dangerous,and the safety evaluation standard for the single index of the retaining wall is given.(2)Through the comparative analysis of subjective weighting method,objective weighting method and combination weighting,this paper proposes a method of using the penalty-incentive variable method to carry out index weighting.This method not only considers subjective and objective useful information,but also the difference in the degree of influence of the dynamic reflection index on the safety of the retaining wall under different values can make up for the lack of fixed weight.(3)The non-deterministic evaluation method,qualitative evaluation method and quantitative evaluation method in the safety assessment method of retaining wall are introduced in detail and the advantages and disadvantages of each evaluation method are analyzed.Finally,the unascertained measurement model is selected as the safety assessment of retaining wall.In the method,the evaluation method can fully consider the unascertained information in the value of the evaluation index,and the confidence identification criterion is used to deal with the order of the security level segmentation,and the security level of the retaining wall is determined.(4)Combined with the retaining wall of a railway waste slag yard,the safety assessment method proposed in this paper is used for safety assessment to determine the safety level and status of the retaining wall.
