The loader is a highly efficient and widely used construction machine, which is applied to every department of the national economy such as construction, mining, railways, highways and so on. It plays an important role in improving the quantity, reducing the cost, accelerating the process of the project. Since that the variety and the quality of loader develop very rapidly both home and abroad, the loader is a primary type machine of the construction machinery. With the development of the loader, the diesel engine which is mounted in the loader becomes a decisive factor for the work efficiency of the loader. Also a rational cooling system is a basic condition to ensure the normal work of the engine. So the study on the distribution of the combustion heat is of great importance, for it can help to prepare the optimization and modification for the entire vehicle's energy system.In this paper, based on the analysis for the 50 type loader's engine output character, entire energy character, cooling fan's character in the cooling system, heat taken by the cooling liquid and combine with the test data we got the property of individual energy system in different work conditions, and then found out the relation among the engine, fan, cooling fan and the radiator. Through these essential researches we have achieved the goal of analyzing the distribution for the combustion heat of the engine and finally made a preparation for the subsequent optimization and modification for the entire vehicle's energy system.It is the engine that to be the main power of the construction machinery in the future, this is also the focus of this paper. At present, because of the continuous shortage of the world energy, energy conservation has become an unavoidable problem, it is also a long and difficult process. As for the diesel engine, it is necessary to maximize the use of the diesel engine crankshaft's output power and reduce unnecessary power losses as far as possible. The analysis of diesel output energy is a complex process. In this paper, the import and export temperature of engine water jacket (water temperature at the water radiator) and oil radiator (including transmission oil and hydraulic oil), the import temperature of the engine cooling fan (temperature in the machine crate) and the ambient temperature were measured by putting the performance of the engine in three different work conditions such as pushing, shoveling, and running in high speed to the test. Based on the test and revolve around the view of energy, the distribution of the combustion heat was studied in detail. It is can be summarized as follow:1 Giving a brief introduction to the engine, and understanding several advanced mathematical models for the analysis of the combustion heat: zero-dimensional model , quasi-dimensional model, multidimensional model and turbulence model.2 After the total combustion engine heat calculations, we necessary to analyze the energy future. The heat promotes the engine crankshaft move, and the engine output power (factories). In order to ensure the normal work of engine, it is essential to engine cooling, liquid cooling away the heat. Experiment measured the temperatures of the engine water jacket. Cooling fluid flow has offered by the manufacturers. So from the perspective of energy demand can coolant radiator heat. We also obtained the experimental data under the engine and the body heat and heat emission.3 The next the text researched on the radiator and the engine cooling fan driven characteristics, the amount of wind and the fans have to take a casual relationship between the energy system, and the numerical give specific.4 In the end, we collated the experimental data and got the engine temperature, the temperature radiator, temperature between the fan and radiator. Then after the aforementioned analysis and calculation we gave out the engine whereabouts of the specific energy and specific numerical.After these steps in the calculation and analysis loader achieved the identified components of the energy system for a short period of the next piece of energy optimization intelligent control and achieve improved engine cooling system on the premise doing budget preparation.
