Engine vibration noise problem has always been the impact of the engine and vehicle NVH performance of the adverse factors.In the recent years,with the continuous improvement of the engine power and users continue to raise the vehicle NVH performance requirements and good acoustic quality is engine design important criterion is also automotive products force of one of the main criteria.Therefore, the research and design of engine vibration load balance scheme is reasonable and has important theoretical and practical significance for engineering applications.This paper starts from the crank and connecting rod mechanism.The kinematic analysis and dynamic analysis of the crank and connecting rod mechanism are analyzed by referencing to the traditional analysis method.Establish dynamic model.Based on the ignition sequence and geometric structure of different types of engines, a general engine dynamic model is derived,and convert it to MATLAB code.Then, Set the boundary conditions of the system installation position of the balance mechanism according to the characteristics of the internal structure of the actual engine and the interference of the mechanism movement,design a balanced solution for the unbalanced inertia force.MATLAB optimization toolbox is used to find the best installation location of the balance mechanism and the additional torque generated by the balancing mechanism.Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different balance mechanism combined with actual engine design and assembly.The GUI module of MATLAB software is used to design software interface. Package the relevant simulation program, and link the related simulation program with the related software interface.In the end, we can realize the function of data transmission and the switching function of the interface.Finally, develop a good man-machine interactive engine balanceanalysis and balance program design simulation software.
