| Yearly, because of enhancement on management of traffic and prevention of safety, the amount of accidents is not still showing the trend of high rising. But the roads built and building can not satisfy the increasing traffic, leading that the absolute cardinal number of accidents is still very large. Besides, the dissensions to accidents have an increasing trend yearly. So the position of road safety is not optimistic. In order to arrive at the goal of celerity, free, and safety in modern traffic, not only should we continuing to improve road traffic management and controlling, but also need to assure accidents'equitably, objectively, scientifically and quickly disposed. The celerity of traffic accidents'disposal mainly depends on the part of reconnaissance.Nowadays, the accidents'local reconnaissance of our country mainly adopts type of handcraft measurement cooperating with local photograph. Whether considering efficiency of local measurement and plot, or decreasing accidents'continuing losing (including traffic jam and secondary accidents), this method has big disfigurement, especially, it is unfit for reconnaissance need of big flux and high way of highly limiting speed or speeding road local reconnaissance of city. Followed with progress of electronic computer and image processing, photography measurement becomes a good way for solving this problem. We can make planar or three-dimensional resume and measurement for location based on accidents'location photography images, it is significant to process accidents accurately and timely. This paper made a mass of theoretical research .it was aimed at the photography measurement of the newest technique for accidents'location reconnaissance, and it involved in vidicon which was key portion of the photography measurement. Based on this, we complied with principle of advancing practicability, and we summed up a suit of flow which suit for photography measurement of traffic accidents processing. Finally, we validated applicability of measure algorithm based on a lot of experiments for this flow, and analyzed better experimental operation criterion and types of data disposal with experiments, accordingly we enhanced precision and stability of measure algorithm. Context of this paper is as follow:(1) I studied on development situation of road traffic in our country, point ed out that road building could not satisfy need of automobile retain number's rapidly increase, thereby brought a series of traffic safety problems including traffic accidents. I discussed necessity and instancy of improved traffic accidents management. There were two point of view, one was user's basic demand, the other was traffic manage departmental accidents processing principle. I analyzed research situation of traffic accidents processing in and out of our country. I particularized traditional traffic accidents processing methods and traffic accidents rapidly processing methods from reconnaissance tools or system. Based on compare and analysis between the involved two methods, I pointed out importance of photography measure in traffic accidents location reconnaissance. I produced research and apply situation of traffic accidents location reconnaissance using photography measure technology, analyzed rebuilding theory in photography measure methods and applicability of traffic accidents processing.(2) I introduced basic theory of photography measure------ computer vision theory, it included photograph geometry reference frame(pixel image reference frame physics image reference frame vidicon reference frame and world reference frame ) vidicon imaging model(linear and non-linear model ) vidicon demarcate and three-dimensional rebuilding foundational theory. (3) I researched on the key portion of photography measure----- vidicon demarcate. Based on introduction of demarcate theory I narrated traditional demarcate methods and self- demarcate methods'ideology and flow, also summarized advantage disadvantage and applicable condition by comparing with the two. When introduced traditional demarcate methods, I discussed linear demarcate method and improving non-linear demarcate method, and analyzed demarcate matters'improving situation (plane template three-dimensional surveyor's pole three-dimensional demarcate matters). With the request of photography measure which accidents processing give it, I selected vidicon demarcate method based on plane demarcate matter, this method needs linear evaluation and result optimizing (using the most likelihood rule), lastly educed the best vidicon parameters results. In foundation of ascertaining vidicon basic demarcate methods and demarcate flow, aimed at demarcate error influence factors such as local image amounts demarcate matter size shoot distance etc, via experiments and analysis which single camera and double camera give it respectively. Experiment results indicated that demarcate method based on plane demarcate matter of reference could complete camera demarcate better, demarcate error would be less.(4) In foundation of domestic traffic accidents situation and correlated highway code, concluded adaptive traffic accidents processing flow chart, based on this I summed up photography measure manipulated flow for accidents location reconnaissance. then from applied point of view, detailed explained operative ideology and method of photography measure's every portion, there into preparing for photography measure local shoot vidicon demarcate inner parameters optimize and data processing are the most important of whole measure flow.(5) Based on photography measure algorithm and flow above, I made a mass of local experiments, reviewed applicability of algorithm and measure precision, based on this by analyzed some uncertain factors'influence for experiments and measure results and concluded difficult problems of experiments, given some regarding proceeding or conclusions related with results, made the later improving works in aspects of experiments and algorithm debugging have more pertinence. When made the experiments, I divided experiments'environment into small scene and big scene. Now the measure algorithm can satisfy measure needing of small scene better, it still has a bigger error for big scene. In foundation of some scientific research units'research job in the aspect of big scene measuring and existing experimental analysis, summarized main reasons and improving projects which leaded to big scene's low measuring precision. I tried the improving measuring operation method----- checkout measurement, then optimized measure results, advanced measuring precision of big scene remarkably, enhanced applicability of photography measurement. Finally made detailed analysis for shortage of measuring algorithm and experimental operation based on experiments, and put forward experiments'handle criterion for this algorithm.(6) Summarized research content ideology main production and shortage in this paper, and put forward that there are still some unsolved problem in the future research for this, included improvement of measuring algorithm and data processing method, vidicon self-demarcate and research on algorithm of single- breadth image measuring, along with discuss of more meticulous experimental operation criterion.
