The design of the air condition system have great influence to investment, circulate energy consumption, and circulate effect. With the development of air condition technology, the cold and hot source of air condition has more and more varied, and scheme comparison of the cold and hot source of air condition is important according to practical instance. Combined with the air condition system design of police corresponding command center which is charged, devised and constructed by the author in Shangqiu, main aspects of the air condition system have been introduced,and quantified analysis to the scheme comparison of the cold and hot source of air condition have been particularly givenCooling load of the project is 3100 kW, and heating load is 2200 kW. Space cooling load, space heating load and space moisture load are basic to make sure air volume and equipments of the air-condition system. And they are also the basic premise of heat and cold source of air conditioning. This paper carried on the cooling and heating load calculation and the current of air organization analysis to the offices, gyms, 110 commanding centers and meeting rooms etc. Aim at the load calculation result according to Design standard for energy efficient of public buildings (GB50189-2005) carried on saving energy comparison.Have compared and analyzed the heat and cold source of air conditioning according to the result of load caculation. Aim at the concentration air condition cold and heat source, three kinds of schemes have been carried on a comparative analysis. The schemes include: leave the lost all interest water machine set+city hot net; the bromine turns the lithium absorption type system cold machine set+city hot net; air-source heat pump. From the first investment, energy consume and operating expense etc, the author carry on comprehensive analytical. Analyzed various characteristic of cold source completely;aim at energy consume program,have introduced degree day,equivalent full load run duration method,load frequency method,computer simulation method; The author carries on the load frequency method (BIN method) to analyse the winter and summer energy consumption of three schemes. Get a conclusion that scheme one is the best.After that, it is to design the airflow organization. Choose air condition end equipment appropriately of use the accommodation according to the load and the usage characteristics of each room. In order to reduce the architecture investment,lower garage story height,a lower the garage story high, manage convenience, economical circulate expenses, garage ventilation design choose to use induction ventilation system.
