This thesis has discussed the craft process and the automatic control system principle of the machine assembly line, analyzed the control method of torque, Put forward the thought of the intelligence control and given a design project of controller. This based on the strict request of the accuracy for the thread torque and angle rotation and combined the development of the tightening and the system principle analysis of domestic and international.The paper has introduced the craft process and the network structure of the motor assembly line ; introduced the main hardware equipment named the tightening control system; and introduced and improved mainly the tightening control system. Concretely as follows: firstly, the transfer function of DC electrical engineering was acquired, which adopted the method based on machine principle and electricity principle; secondly, fuzzy PID controller structure was established, which based on the design of fuzzy controller and the parameter correction; thirdly, the intelligence control was imitated and analyzed with the MATLAB software, more ideal controller parameter was gained, which made the control request of the system and match to the valid control of the servo motor and torque for the system; lastly, the breakdown of the control system appeared during the period of work was considered, and the control system was improved.The result expressed, the control strategy brought forward in the text came to the request of the higher craft level, and owned good the orientation characteristic, The anti-interference characteristic and the control accuracy.
