The relation between the climate as well as the climatic changes and the energy consumption was one of the widespread attention research topics in recent years. While, the building energy consumption, the transportation (automobile) energy consumption and the industry energy consumption respectively occupied about one third in the total energy consumption. In the building energy consumption, the energy consumption of heating and cooling was directly connected with the climatic changes. There was no doubt that the global warming was the most urgent environment question which we faced with. The climatic changes had the impact on building energy consumption, but how much degree it was impact on building energy consumption? What measures could we adopt to deal with the climatic changes? How to carry on the quantification analysis? Based on the above, this article considered the influence of our country residential building energy consumption due to the climatic warms by the method of degree-days, and then carried on the research as followings:1) Began with the actual meteorological data which comes from all previous years, then quantifily analyzed the characteristic of our country climatic changes;2) Analyzing the relations between our country buildings and its consumption, analyze the condition of our country's dwelling buildings' development and the energy consumption constitution;3) Separately selected five represent cities from our country 5 buildings hot working district, namely HarBin, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Kunming. By used the method of degree-days to compute the heating and the cooling energy consumption of every typical cities' dwelling buildings. Simultaneously, analyzed and compared the annual mean temperature of each city, the coldest monthly mean temperature, the hottest monthly mean temperature, heating degree-days, cooling degree-days, total degree-days by separately;4) Analyzed and compared these five typical cities' graphs, has obtained the influence of the climate warms to the different hot working district residential building energy consumption in our country, has obtained the mathematics equation to the residential building energy consumption development tendency different cities.5) Selected one dwelling's model, compute, analyse and forecast to those considering that heating energy consumption of Beijing's (cold area) and Harbin's (arid area).By the analysis and computation, it showed that: with the climate changing, our countries' dwelling buildings heating that presenting coming down trend, but air-conditioning assuming an up trend.Besides, the climate changing that lead to obvious coming down trend for the heating energy consumption of dwelling's buildings, make a living with the heating degree-day coming down.
