With the expansion of the scale of college buildings and the rise of building energy consumption,energy-saving supervision platforms for colleges have emerged and developed rapidly.The energy-consumption monitoring data of energy-saving supervision platforms are widely used in building energy conservation work.Building energy consumption simulation technology is also widely used in building energy saving due to its advantages such as convenience and speed.This article will build a building energy consumption model based on the energy consumption data of the energy-saving supervision platform of colleges,study and apply the building energy consumption base model.First,the building base model is obtained based on energy consumption monitoring data.Based on the energy consumption data of the energy-saving supervision platform,this paper uses the energy consumption simulation software eQUEST to model the building energy consumption of 5 campus buildings numbered A,B,C,D,and E.By adjusting the parameters of lighting,equipment load factor,air conditioning system,heating system,etc.to calibrate the model,the building base model is obtained,and the building heat consumption data is also obtained.Secondly,the parameter sensitivity analysis is carried out on the building base model.Multiple parameters were selected for sensitivity analysis from three aspects: envelope structure parameter factor,building internal load parameter factor,and air conditioning system parameter factor.Including the sensitivity of each parameter to the power consumption,energy consumption and reducing the gap between the simulated power consumption and the monitoring platform.Based on the sensitivity analysis results,a rapid calibration model method of the base model is proposed.Subsequently,the energy-saving operation and evaluation of the building was applied macroscopically based on the degree-number method.According to the building energy consumption data,identify the cooling base temperature and heating base temperature of each building,and identify the overall cooling base temperature and heating base temperature of scientific research office buildings as 24.75 ? and 15 ?,respectively.The cooling base temperature can be used to guide the air-conditioning on time of scientific research office buildings,and the heating base temperature can be used to guide the time when the heating system is connected to the heating network.Using building performance lines to compare and analyze the energy-saving potential and cooling and heating levels of typical buildings,the results show that buildings D and E have the greatest energy-saving potential,that building D has a greater heating potential and that buildings B and E have a greater cooling potential.Finally,the operation demonstration of a single building based on the degree-number method.Four energy-saving transformation measures were selected for building E:(1)replacing energy-saving lamps for teaching and research rooms;(2)increasing the indoor design temperature in the cooling season of the building;(3)reducing the indoor design temperature in the heating season;(4)increasing the minimum air supply system temperature.The intuitive changes of the building performance line(including changes in baseline energy consumption,cooling level coefficient,and heating level coefficient.)when applying single or multiple energy-saving measures to the building E confirm the feasibility of the building performance line as an energy-saving evaluation method.
