The assignment of this paper is to analyze the inner principle of DC converter, and design the TMS320F2812 controller to detect and control the output voltage of DC/DC converter.The digital power has advantages such as: management modularization, smaller bulk, flexible control form, good stability. Base on the structure and principle of TI C2000, the paper apply the EV and ADC of TMS320F2812 to digital power controller. Using EVA, the PWM wave with constant frequency and altering duty circle is produced. The ADC trigger source is the periodical interrupting signal of General Timer1 in EVA.TI DSP project files is built on CCS, which is a real-time, multitasking, visual software platform, running on simulating equipments. And it integrates developing tools such as compiler of source program, linker, code builder, debugger.To investigate the controlling strategy and parameters design of the converter, the following results have revealed: the working conditions for resonant DC/DC, the formulas of the bus voltage, output voltage in the single AC/DC converter with resonant PC.The hardware system design to DSP controller of DC/DC converter have been given out, including isolating amplifier of PWM, driven circuit of MOSFET, sampling circuit, ADC protecting circuit, and the minimum hardware system of F2812.In experiment and simulation, the relationship between output voltage and duty circle is showed. The ADC sampling period and PID parameters is set for increment digital PID method. To avoid the integral saturation and ripple surge, the integral separate method is applied to improve PID controller. To reduce the effect of the processing parameters and nonlinear factor, the fuzzy controller is designed. Compared to analog method, the research result shows that the transient characteristic and static state can be better, which has shorter rising time, smaller exceeding value and ripple value.
