Shopfloor task distributing and management is a fundamental function in Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and its informationalization influences successful application of MES. Supported by the State Natural Science Fund program "Shop floor digital manufacturing with human-machine synergy" (50375043), the dissertation studies some key technologies in shopfloor task distributing and management of MES based on web and wireless communication, which are important for the informationalization of discrete manufacturing shopfloor.Firstly, the dissertation analyzes and summarizes elementary knowledge about MES, such as: background, structure and function, development and trend, some problems needed to be solved, and then combines the development trend of information technology and the informationalization requirements of shopfloor product and management, and points out some key problems in the informationalization process of the discrete manufacturing shopfloor task distributing and management, which are needed to be solved. On this basis, synthetically using Web publishing technology and B/S structure, the dissertation constructs the network structure of the discrete manufacturing shopfloor task distributing and management, and taking the advantages of the local area network and wireless communication, builds shopfloor network frame; using the Object-Oriented software engineering theory and unified modeling language (UML) to make a model for the shopfloor task distributing and management system in MES, which is a foundation for software development; comprehensively using XML and SVG graphics technology, researches the digitization technology of the procedure card, then puts forward the concept of the feature object using "group" technology in SVG, and discusses how to generate the procedure drawing based on the feature object. Finally, the dissertation discusses the principle, method, and system structure of the shopfloor task dynamic distributing and management using Web and wireless correspondence, researches the information "push" and "pull" technology in the process of task distributing.Finally, the dissertation developes a prototype system for discrete manufacturing shopfloor by using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET, XML, SVG, SQL Server, Web publishing, wireless local area network, SPDA, and the like to validate the ideas, theory and method proposed in this dissertation.
