With the rapid development of China's economy,the national demand for various products has increased,and the quality requirements for products have become higher and higher,and the number has also increased.In order to meet the needs of customers,many companies have expanded the scale of the workshops,and the number of devices and the degree of automation have also increased.In this process,ensuring the equipment in good operating condition and reducing the equipment downtime is a new topic for every equipment manager..In order to better manage the workshop equipment,this paper proposes a research on the dynamic monitoring system of equipment operation status of railway truck maintenance workshop based on Wireless Communication.Firstly,research and analysis on the research status of workshop equipment management system at home and abroad,and research on system design related technologies,including TIL300 optocoupler electrical isolation,LS-LJK zero sequence current transformer,JZ877 wireless communication module,SQL Server database,etc.Secondly,in order to improve the pertinence of this research,based on the equipment management system of the railway truck maintenance workshop,analyze the system development function requirements,including equipment information collection function,wireless communication transmission function,equipment fault judgment function,equipment control function,equipment.Alarm function,device information display function.Thirdly,according to the system design principle,TMS320F2812 is selected as the digital signal processor.The TIL300 optocoupler isolator and LS-LJK zero-sequence current transformer are used to collect the plant equipment voltage signal and current signal,and the signal data is transmitted through the JZ877 wireless communication module.A railway truck maintenance workshop equipment management system.This paper adopts the combination of "WinForm technology + SQL Server database" to realize the development of system function interface,and uses C# language to develop system program code to realize system function.Finally,test and analyze the system functions to verify the reliability of the system development solution.The test results show that the equipment information collection function developed in this paper can collect the working voltage signal and current signal of the railway truck maintenance workshop equipment;the wireless communication transmission function is accurate,the voltage signal collected by the field terminal,the current signal and the voltage signal received by the monitoring center The current signal is completely consistent;the device fault judgment function can make accurate fault diagnosis;the device control function can accurately issue the control command according to the fault diagnosis result;the device alarm function can accurately issue the alarm command according to the fault diagnosis result;the device information display function display The actual values of the operating voltage and current of the plant equipment are in accordance with the measured values.Therefore,the workshop equipment management system designed in this paper can solve the problem of low safety factor of information collection in railway truck maintenance workshop,accurate acquisition accuracy,advanced information transmission method,and accurate diagnosis of equipment failure,which has certain practical value.
