Along with the development of the research for diesel, as the new generation system,the high pressure common rail fuel injection system gradually showed its great advantage and potential with the characteristic of flexible control mode and high injection pressure.In this paper, on the basic of the structure and principle of electronic common rail fuel injection system and the detailed setting of mathematics and physics model,the fuel injection system which be builded on the experiment platform is simulated by the software named HYDSIM .The results including the injection mass Map and the pressure fluctuate in the common rail are contrasted with the measured, therefore the veracity of the simulation Map can be validated by the contrast of the error in data point and the curve figure. With the analysis of the contrast between measured and simulated data in the injection beginning, we can get the reason for the three groups of error data from the change in fluctuate extents and phases.The last part of the paper is the simulation analyse of the electronic injector which is the most complicated part in the high pressure common rail fuel injection system. After setting the HYDSIM simulationmodel, we can get the influence of injectionmass, injection rate , injection pressure and the fluctuated pressure inside for the whole system by changing the configuration parameter in the presser controlling chamber, the needle and the solenoid. |
