Since the standard of the People’s Republic of China that those are“Limits and measurement methods for exhaust pollutants from compression ignition and gas fuelled positive ignition engines of vehicles(Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ)”and“Limits and measurement methods for emissions from light-duty vehicles(Ⅲ,Ⅳ)”was published, the NationalⅢstandard was enforced in 2007, the severe statute of exhaust emission has made the technology of diesel engine electronic control develop. The system of high-pressure common fail fuel was a kind of high flexible fuel system, its prominent and integrated performance has offered gigantic free space for Diesel’s optimization.It also represented the direction of diesel’s fuel system.This paper was based on reading lots of literatures and researching exhaust emission technology of NationalⅢstandard for YuChai FBK diesel engine, and it reached the national statute. And then this paper introduces the features and advantages as well as development of the system of high-pressure common rail fuel injection. However, this paper introduces the BOSCH CRSZ, it components the structures, principles of high-pressure common rail and how they work here at present in detail.In this paper, the models of the common rail fuel system are created according to HYDSIM .The models are validated that they have the results by test .The main work is following:1. BOSCH CRIX injector is used as the prototype, the affects of key construction parameters on its injection rate of spray process are investigated and the determination of each key construction parameter is also discussed.2. The way which simulation and the test practice are well integrated achieves to decrease the times of tests and increase the efficiency of development.3. Using the modes of simulation system can not only develop successfully but match YuChai FBK engine which has the systems of high-pressure common rail fuel injection to reach emission level of NationalⅢstandard. In this way, it can also refine investigated method of low exhaust emission technology of light-duty vehicles.
