During the process of structural analysis and design, we usually neglect the influence of all kind of actual working condition on structure system reliability . For actual structure, however, it is inevitable that initial error fabrication and occasional accident may produce any kind of structure initial imperfection and then the structure become a imperfect structure. This subject will through limit Moment, still stagnant water. Moment and wave Moment calculate the expire probability of the structure and the imperfect structure .And then we will see the importance of analysis of the ultimate strength and reliability for the damaged hull.Over the past several decades, there has been growing interest in the ultimate strength for damaged hull. Previously people are accustomed to analysis the ultimate strength of the hull integrity, and develope some simplified analytic formulas for the current design criteria.. The application of these criteria may have underestimated the safety of the ship or the result of conservative performance. This requires the development of new methods for engineering practice, so that it can better reflect the random of load and intensity and give background of reliability analysis .This article is basede on the premise,in the article, based on the theory of unsinking ship,we work out the hydrostatic load with a more precise method. Then ultimate strength of the remaining hull damage, and use the Second Moment Method to assess the reliability of safety of a damaged hull structure .
