In recent years, the road construction develops quickly, the cement concrete road is constructed widely, but those cement concrete road constructed inl980s or 1990s have already broken one by one, the design standard have not set up in the reconstruction of the old road. The design method of the compound structure of asphalt mixture overlay on used concrete pavement is primarily divided into direct overlay method and breaking and firmness overlay method. As overlay the asphalt concrete directly, the stress analysis can be done through the three-dimensional finite element; so can the method of breaking and firming the asphalt concrete, and the bottom pulling stresss of the layer can be validated..This text mainly discusses the investigation and evaluation of the old cement road, kinds of parameter of evaluation, and the settling of the old cement road, and the creation mechanism and the prevention of the reflection crack, and the designing theory of the compound structure of asphalt mixture overlay on used concrete pavement with the calculating methods of the layer thickness, after all the result has been analysed by contrast with each other. In addition, this text analyse the examination data of Qiongming road, and calculate the area of deflection basin with the deflection data by contrast with the theories backcalculation of modul, and so did the artificial neural network backcalculation, and the stability is discussed when the noise data is used in. At last a three-dimensional finite element model of overlay scheme is build up, then computate of the bottom pulling stresss and distortion of the layer, and the advice of breaking and firmness overlay method is put foward.
