Overlay asphalt concrete pavement surface on old cement pavement is to improve the level of performance,to increase loading capacity and extend the service life of one of the main measures. As old cement concrete pavement exist joints and ctacks,espand and extend to the asphalt overlay under the action of traffic load,environmental factors and interaction of both,to form reflective crack.The result is that the whole usage quality has been broken and more seriously is the rain water filter to the subgrade through the crack.Thereby,weakened the strength and stability of the roadbed,and cause the road has been broken earier.Therefore,the main problem currently facing is how to prevent or delay the emergence and development of reflective crack.In this paper,to reveal mechanical mechanism of reflective crack and seek best measures for prevention and control reflective crack the main purpose.Through anslysis and comparison,the methods of geosynthetic interlayer prevent and control reflective crack as object of this paper,and mechanism of reflective crack and usage of interlayer material conduct in-depth systematic theoretical analysis and laboratory experiments.In this paper,through theory analyse generation mechanism of refective crack of asphalt overlay and used prevent and control measures,and use the finite element analysis software ANSYS analyse the stress condition under the vehicle load or temperature load and vehicle load and temperature load coupling,research impact of various factors on the mechanical conditions of overlay,and with finite element method and laboratory experiments on Fiberglass-Polyester Paving Mat, geotextile, geogrid and other geosynthetics in resistance of the old cement concrete pavement in asphalt overlay conduct analysis and comparison.
