Recently with the rapid development of the construction technology, construction technology of cantilever erection based on short-line method is popularized in our country. During the period of construction by this construction method, bridge has experienced a great complex stress process. In order to ensure the security of bridge during the whole stage of construction, it is very important for us to made the construction control strictly during the whole stage of construction of brigde. In this thesis, the line shape control method of prestressed concrete continuous bridge which adopt the cantilever erection method is studied. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, the study and development of bridge construction control are introduced. Many defects existing on them are explained. The test associate actual condition of B2 continuous bridge of the SuTong Bridge, to introduce the construction control contents, methods and method of structural analysis. The method of structural line shape calculation is introduced.Secondly, technological principle and control points of construction technology for prefabricate box girders with short-line match method are introduced. The core questions are the line shape control theory and its practice method during the stage of prefabrication. The detailed line shape control calculation method during the stage of prefabrication which include theory match position and error adjust calculation is shown. The calculation program is carried out.Thirdly, construction technology of cantilever erection with mechanical erector is studied. The line shape control theory during the cantilever casting phase is done.Finally, an example of B2 continuous bridge of the SuTong Bridge is set. The calculation of construction procedural is carried out with the bridge structure analysis software ASCB. The results of calculation are used in the calculation of line shape control during the stage of prefabrication and cantilever casting construction. The final results testify that the line shape control method is feasible.
