Former can't create the good city color landscape by using the chromatics principle.Although the research to residential district color is much at present, but all stays at the microscopic aspect which only tints in the building. This thesis is research of the residential district color, through another new way, which looks the residential district color as a whole object. And the residential district color is the main part of the city color landscape, this thesis analyzes the control kill and the evaluation system of the residential district color. Depending on the city color planning, the color theory, the color geography, chromatics, environmental psychology, this thesis proposes the color group idea, discriminates the color group connotation and the extension; analyzes the residential district color group's visual effect and the behavior effect. With utilizing the investigation and study, this thesis analyzes two methods to carry on the construction formation mode of color group, summarizes the mother body repetition, color gathering, the main material coloration, the tone gathers, change positions ,five color group mode of formation ; From inheriting and innovating two aspects, summarizes the community color group control kill, such as the color group protection, the renewal, the innovation, implants and so on; And this thesis also proposes the color group quality evaluation system, 14 evaluation targets and the evaluation method.Color group idea and the color group quality evaluation system is the innovation spot of the thesis.
