Application Study Of Load Control Management Power System With Anti-Electric-Larceny Function

The electrical load management system can realize the general control based on the computer monitoring system. The main purpose is to guarantee the security and economy of the electrical power system, to improve the operating characteristics and management. The investigation of the function continuation of the electrical load management system covers several major parts, such as, the classification and constitution of control mode, and the theoretical study of the system. For keeping the balance between the power generation and the load requirement, and improving the standard of living, the load control can directly monitor the majority and separate controllable load of the large power consumer, such as water heating load, air conditioner equipment, industrial heating furnace, extractive industrial irrigation and drainage pump.In this dissertation, based on the hardware structure of electrical load management system of some city in China, the data management mode of the system has been determined, and the function continuation scheme has been proposed. Moreover, the data sharing between the load control system and the operation system has been realized. And the management service function of the consumer can be performed based on the communication of the wireless and RTU series port. The data opening, electrical energy quality monitoring and power rate management can be realized by programming. And based on the study on structure, reliability, main performance index and system safety mechanism, and the analysis of the electric-larceny means, the anti-electric larceny scheme has been proposed. Moreover, by means of wireless channel transmission and by comparison of power, current and pulse of analog quantity loop and measure loop under normal and abnormal measure condition, the anti-electric larceny information has been applied using the electric energy meter, and collective monitoring and new anti-electric larceny technology in electric power management center has been given. It is very important to study the electric power management system and anti-electric larceny technology for adjusting the load curve, balancing the load, increasing the utility efficiency of the power device, reducing the energy loss, and assuring the rational operation of the power system.
