Along with the endless development of modern industry, the servo system is applied widely in many systems, the higher performance of the servo system is required .The PMSM Servo system can achieve the performances of high accuracy, high dynamic performance, wide-scope speed regulated or position control, so the study of permanent magnetic synchronous motor system has become one of the key directions in the study of digital-controlled machine tool servo system.This paper research on the digitization permanent magnetic synchronous motor servo driver starting with the analysis and deduction based on the mathematical model of permanent magnetic synchronous motor. Applied with the method of vector control, this paper design the ACR and ASR with PI control arithmetic, and position regulator with Grey PID control strategy. The simulation wave of this control strategy is presented based on Matlab.In this foundation, the author designs the digital servo system with the TMS320LF2407 DSP, the motion-control IC: IRMCK201 and IPM. The hardware circuit is described in detail. The software of the system includes the design of main routine, position loop interrupt service subroutine, DSP and IRMCK201 communication routine and so on. Flow charts are presented in this paper.This paper research the PMSM position servo system based on IRMCK201 in theory and simulation, present the Grey PID Control strategy, and design a practical AC servo system. The studies we have performed will make for the farther research.
