Servo System is a sort of advanced control systems, whose output can respond the external input rapidly and accurately. Due to the great development of the microprocessor technique, modern power electronic technique, control technique and the manufacture technique for the permanent magnet material of motors. higher control performance of servo products with lower cost is being a subject of great interest worldwide. Digital controlled AC servo systems , based on Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors(PMSM) as power converters with advanced control strategies , implemented in Digital Signal Processor(DSP),will be a trend.This Paper research on the digitization permanent magnetic synchronous motor servo driver starting with the analysis and deduction based on the mathematical model of permanent magnetic synchronous motor , Applied with the method of vector control based on IRMCK201. In this foundation,the author designs the digital servo system with the TMS320LF2407 DSP,the motion-control IC: IRMCK201 and IPM. The hardware circuit is described in detail,the servo control system is designed,which includes the main circuit,control circuit, detection and protection circuit , and the power supply circuit. The software of the system includes the design of main routine,position loop interrupt service subroutine,DSP and IRMCK201comrnunieation routine and so on. Flow charts are presented in this paper. this paper design the ACR and ASR with PI control arithmetic,and position regulator with the adaptive inverse control strategy. The simulation wave of this control strategy is presented based on Matlab.This paper research the PMSM position servo system in theory and simulation,resent the adaptive inverse control strategy,and design a practical AC servo system. The studies we have performed will make for the farther research.
