Power system is a large system. Energy production, transport and distribution are conducted in a vast region. Coupled with the rapid electromagnetic process itself, the control of power systems is very high demands. Electricity Dispatch Automation System handled by the automated information systems and information site focused on the automation system is composed of two parts. The automated information system is characterized in situ treatment of the power system which can respond quickly to the situation; It can be installed in the power plant and substation Remote Terminal (RTU), the real-time information collection network operations. Then through the Channel Tunnel to the dispatch center located in the main station (MS); When system failures, system protection devices removed fault line moves, Fault Analysis of this information can master scheduling reasons, and to take appropriate measures to restore the power supply. Power system SCADA system hardware configuration, with the exception of Channel, the main remote terminal and the main points can be divided into two parts.This article elaborates the development of network RTU software platform which bases on the embendded real time system of QNX. This system realizes the real-time monitoring for the run-time information of transformer substation, and makes the corresponding decision-making and processing. This system also realizes the data acquisition, data analysis and data processing. Carries on the suitable revision according to the actual need to the software platform configuration files realizes the observation and control of multiple data, completes function expansion and system reusing.This article confirm the function which the system need to realize, according to definition of the matter and the demanded analysis, and generates the configure file. Carries on the initilization of software platform by the configure file, it realizes data monitoring on input port, relational control on control port, logical control and PID control. Carries on the real-time display to each port data message.
