With development of our country, bored cast-in-situ piles are used widely. Piles testing is a very important tache in whole project, so enhancing quality of the testing and reliability of testing result is key method to insure quality and safety of pile project.Ultrasonic CT testing technology is based on X-ray CT theoretic: Ultrasonic wave transit time, which is obtained from Ultrasonic wave scan in piles, is analyze by synthesis, then 2-D CT figure is mapped. Extent and degree of defeat can be discovered exactly by the method, which fix disadvantage of level ultrasonic testing.This paper mainly introduces Ultrasonic CT testing equipment which has 5 sections: Data collected automatic system,Auto-judgment system,CT system,Figure fitted system,Expert analyze system.In Data collected automatic system, based on Embedded System of ARM9, automatic promotion is Researched and developed. Single-send but multiple-receive transducer is put forward, which quicken collecting efficiency.In Auto-judgment system, expert system which base on slippage average is used to Auto-judgment.In CT system, CT inversion software in make up whose core is Simulated Annealing. According to 1-D testing result, the software can be used by using numerical simulation experiment and real experiment.In Figure fitted system, cubic interpolation is used to optimize figure.In Expert analyze system, manual judgment is replaced by expert judgment system by computer.
