The modern science and technology regard the human as their root. The innovation, fast development, and their quality all need human wisdom. And human is one of the important factors, the ergonomics also come into being and developed in this condition. In this producing environment, the progress of the efficiency and the working environment which can make the operators comfortable become more important. So in the premise that no hurting workers, found a more convenient producing system to workers is very important fro understanding the speciality of human and quantified analysis.As far as the specialities of human, its researchful content is carious. And the fatigue in the research is looked as one of the important speciality. The figure in working often integrated evaluated through subjective evaluation, working ability and the physiological information. However when becoming to evaluate use the traditional method, we must stop working. So the traditional method limited the availability of the evaluation. The detection on-line of the operators'working is very important for us to research the fatigue of human. In the research of human cooperating with machine, these have been regard as the hotspot, difficulty and emphasis by academia and the field of engineering application. the research in this theme dispose the hereinbefore shortage and designs out a new physiological sensor measurement system. The new sensor measurement system not only smallness but also realizes integrated measuring on line as well as possible in order to ensure the precision of result of measurement. To improve the working efficiency and safety, decrease producing error, this research adopting the new physiological sensor measurement system detect the physiological information of operators in working. In the analysis of the result, we use the multiple regression analysis to deal with the physiological information. The result of the analysis shows that there is close correlation between the physiological information and fatigue symptom in precision machining. Estimating fatigue is possible through physiological information in ergonomics.
