The reliability testing and authenticating for guided missile weapon system is difficult in engineering because of its systematic structure complexity, testing expensive and small test samples. The need of test samples on classical test is big. The average test numbers with Bayes method and Sequential Probability Ratio Test which can be abbreviated SPRT is smaller than the classical method. Sequential Posterior Odd Test which can be abbreviated SPOT basic on Bayes method thought improves SPRT method, and the average test number is smaller than SPRT method .In this paper, Some important problems in SPOT method is deeply researched,and multi-parameter spaces hypothesis SPOT method is exploringly researched from many references to Multi-hypothesis Sequential Probability Ratio Test which can be abbreviated MSPRT .The contributions of this paper are as follows.Considering the problems of reliability test for guided missile weapon system, the reliability test flow, index, distribution styles and test methods are summarized,which are sourced from Country Army Use Standard, supplying the background knowledge for SPOT method further study .Through the simulating and contrasting to simple hypothesis, complex hypothesis and revised complex hypothesis SPOT methods, The characteristic of these SPOT methods are deeply analyzed; Estimating method of expectation test number for simple hypothesis SPOT method is showed, supplying the referenced sample value for practical test; Two truncated SPOT methods are compared and analyzed; The resolving process of SPOT method under Weibull distribution is showed.Multi-parameter spaces simple hypothesis SPOT method is putted forward .Its characteristics are as follow. The thought of two parameter spaces such as simple hypothesis and complex hypothesis SPOT methods is broke down. It not only can judge that the product is ok or not, but also can judge the product is in good or excellent stage, so that the judgments are much more particular; It conquers the disadvantages of big sample numbers and high misjudging ratio of some parameter spaces in simple and complex hypothesis SPOT methods, and the subjectivity of test ratio in simple hypothesis.A multi-parameter space complex hypothesis SPOT method is putted forward, and through simulating and contrasting, the characteristics of multi-parameter spaces of simple and complex hypothesis SPOT methods. The result shows that the sample numbers are reduced in highly degree with this method in some parameter spaces.
