Slide is a kind of hackneyed geological calamity in mountainous area,it destroys buildings,jams the traffic,takes people's lives,and makes the entironment and engineering project have a huge lose of it.Because of this,it's very necessary to reduce the threatener of the slide.We can work it out by intergrating it with the project,ascertaining it's geological model and destruction mode,making an analysis of its stability and the possibility of development after calculating.This thesis clarifies the engineering geology of Enziping 2~# slide in the downriver of Baihetan Hydropower station. Based on the perambulation, it analysed the basic character of slide,made the macroscopical judgement of the existence condition and cause of formation,and validated it with 2D discrete element simulation and physical simulation, the conclusion attributed the slide to slippage-rip mode slide which caused by earthquake or rainstorm. This thesis also did the systematic analysis,caculation and estimate of the stability after sluice.As the fatalness estimate,it also analysed the stress and distortion character with 3D finite element simulation.At the end of the thesis,the solution of the slide was put forward.
