On the basis of a thorough analysis of the related research finding home and broad, this thesis aims at a research of dynamic property, seismic response reduction , and how to reduce the earthquake response of suspended structure on high core-tube suspended structure with rigid beams. It comprises the following sections.First, the development, actuality and application in engineering of high core-tube suspended structure are introduced, and the present research overview and development trend are sketched, finally, the background and main research contents of this thesis are introduced. In chapter 2, based on the force model and basic assumption, the overall stiffness matrix is formed, and geometry stiffness is applied to suspended structure. The natural vibration frequency is solved. Creating FEM model in ANSYS to verity the theoretical model, and the results show it is right.Time-history analysis method is applied to compute the earthquake response of high core-tube suspended structure with rigid beams under small earthquake, the results show it has good seismic response reduction; The problem is that the displacement of suspended floors is so large that can't meet the rules. Spring are set between core-tube and suspended floors to reduce the earthquake response of suspended floors, the results show that if stiffness of spring is designed reasonably, the displacement of suspended floors can meet the rules under small earthquake, but seismic response reduction is reduced. At last conclusions have been made and problems remaining to study further are put forward.
