Our country is being in the period that economy is developing with high speed. Many important buildings that speed giantly, like cross-sea bridge, the undersea tunnel, the marine extraction platform, the harbor, the inshore engineering etc. is already or just building. Durability of the concrete structure under marine environment is naturally be a focus of civil engineering circle.Self-compacting concrete (SCC) with homogeneity and good workability was prepared successfully. The specimen of SCC was put into the simulative marine environment and the change law of mechanical property of SCC was research. At the same time, the change law of mechanical property of Pumping concrete was research. Based on experiment data, two methods, stochastic process probability calculation model and stochastic finite element method, was applied to calculate the reliability of concrete structure under marine environment. The result of calculation prove two methods are feasibility and the durability of SCC is better than Pumping concrete.Based on Fick's Second Law and considering the diffusion coefficient as stochastic variable, the stochastic model for assessment of chloride concentration in concrete is built by analyzing chloride diffusion in concrete. And the corresponding Fortran program was compiled. The results of calculation using this model show good agreement with experimental data. This model can be used to predict chloride concentration in concrete.
