Study On The Test System Of Three-phase Induction Machines' Parameters And Characteristics

Three-phase induction machines, one kind of important electromechanical product,are widely used in various fields, from industry, agriculture to household applications.But the traditional manual method of testing electrical machinery has a lot of shortcomings .For example, the measure time is often out of step, the human lilctor is ofgreat impact, the efficiency is poor and so on.Testing system of three-phase induction machine can accomplish measuring the machine's parameters, displaying the data, reporting the statistics, fitting the curves and printing the results. It overcomes a lot of shortcomings of the traditional manual method.This paper mostly introduces a low-priced and highly precise method of gathering the parameters of the induction machines, and the curve fitting theory of data processing is also studied. At last, the results of the experiment prove that this system has the characteristics of satisfied accuracy, simple structure and higher reliability.
