Nowadays, more and more enterprises have used the small batch multi- varieties production method in order to survive and develop within the drastic market competition environment. This production method is flexible, simultaneously has the characteristics of continuously and separately, and unifies the characteristics of the static state and dynamic state. In order to survive in the competition, enterprises have to enhance the production efficiency and organize the production effectively. Therefore they are the urgent matters for manufacture enterprises to establish the reasonable productive plan and carry on the highly effective production scheduling.The job shop scheduling is referring to adjust and coordinate the production and correlative resources aiming at the contradictions and the questions which appear in the production work process. It will optimize production through coordinating the personnel, the materials, the equipments dynamically according to the real-time data as well as the historical material data.The scheduling model for mix production method should have the characteristics as mixing, modularization, the scale control, stratification, dynamic timeliness, and so on, meanwhile must be simulated easily.The Petri net is one mathematic object which using the graph to express. With the aid of mathematics development, Petri net analysis method and technology can use in the static structure analysis, and may use in the dynamic behavioral analysis. Petri net using graph to express combined model, has the merit of direct-viewing, easy to understand, easy to use, and has excellence to describe and analyze concurrent phenomenon.One automobile spare part manufacture enterprise is the typical mix production method enterprise. In the understanding of mix production method foundation, I had a much further understanding of the workshop production scheduling. Through analyzing the classification and the characteristics of job shop scheduling, by comparing and the choosing the current popular research techniques of job shop scheduling, finally I select the Petri net to model the mixed type production method. I constructed basic model, static model and dynamic model of the enterprise production scheduling. Finally I completed mixed scheduling model in these model foundations,In order to apply the theory into the actual production, I built the platform which the enterprise schedule on that in the foundation of the mathematical models. This article finally briefly introduces the scheduling system developed. This system uses the C/S structure (C/S: Client/Server). I developed this system using Visual C++ 6.0 and based on SQL Server 2000, and connected SQL Server 2000 with ODBC.
