Modeling And Simulation Of Machine Shop Based On Petri Nets

The machine shop is composed of the machine tools and the material handling systems, the machine shop works as transfer the raw material to the product. The key of improving the efficiency of the corporation is improving the efficiency of the machine shop. In this dissertation, we explore the machine shop from modeling and simulation. In modeling, the machine shop based on the color Petri net is researched; In simulation, The Object-oriented event activity scanning is used, Time-A research is given based on the traditional control algorithms. The main contributions of this dissertation are as follows:First, The institutes of the machine shop, its importance in industry, the importance of simulation and its present methods in the machine shop, the fruitful results of Petri net development and its applications in disperse systems is discussed.Second, the developing of the Petri net theory is introduced, and the theory of the Petri net, the theory of color Petri net is introduced. Lay the foundation for the establishment of the machine shop based on Petri net.Third, the traditional method of the establishment of disperse systems is analyzed; the method of step establishment model is used. This method makes the establishment of disperse systems easy, and can minish the complex of makes the establishment of disperse systems. Finally, the method of simulation of disperse systems is analyzed, the Object-oriented event activity scanning is given, The Timed-A research method is given based on the traditional control algorithms, this method have the advantage of both A research and the time research. The process of the simulated software is introduced. The simulated result is analyzed. Three methods are used in the software; the time-A research is the best research through analyzed the result of the simulation.
